• Please come to your appointment alone, it is not safe to bring children.

• To be able to book online you will be required to enter your credit card details, your card will not be charged unless you do not show to your appointment or fail to cancel within the cancellation time period.

• Appointments can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the appointment time. This can be done by logging into the online booking with your phone number. Alternatively, you can email or DM us.

• Any cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total appointment value.

• Any cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 100% of the total appointment value.

• If you fail to show to your appointment your stored credit card will be charged 100% of the appointment value, this will have to be paid before any future bookings can be made.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and charged as a no show.

• If you are not booking online, you may be required to pay a deposit to secure your appointment.

• Kelaya Beauty has a strictly no refund policy. No deposits will be refunded but can be transferred to another appointment time if more than 48 hours notice is given.

• Please arrive to your appointment makeup free. a $10 cleaning fee may incur if your technician needs to remove makeup/mascara.

Kelaya Beauty will refill foreign lashes ensuring that the quality is okay to do so. Please book online for ‘New Client Refill’ and answer the questions. A $15 surcharge is applied to any foreign refill. If you arrive and the lashes are deemed to not be good enough quality, a removal and new fullset will be recommended. If there is not enough time this appointment may need to be rescheduled. If you are not sure of the quality of your current lashes, please get in touch to discuss prior to avoid any rescheduling/fees.

Wednesday: 8AM - 4PM
Thursday: 6:30AM - 3:00PM
Friday: 7AM - 2PM
Saturday: 9AM - 12PM
Saturday appointments automatically incur a $10 surcharge.

Out of hours appointments can be available upon request.
Out of hours include morning and evening.
Out of hours incur a $15 surcharge for weekdays and $20 for weekends/public holidays.
